About the Practice:
The firm’s Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Practice offers comprehensive support to clients navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of data privacy and security. The team’s expertise includes:
- Proactive cyber risk management and breach response strategies.
- Representing clients in regulatory investigations with minimal oversight.
- Guidance on cyber insurance coverage and claim disputes.
- Strategic defense in data privacy and cybersecurity litigation.
Recent highlights include:
- Achieving dismissal of data breach class actions for one of Florida’s largest healthcare providers.
- Defending healthcare providers in California class actions stemming from ransomware attacks.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, including handling data breach incidents and regulatory investigations.
- Background in cybersecurity and data privacy litigation is preferred but not required.
- Strong academic credentials from a leading law school.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills.
- JD from an accredited law school.
